Return & Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering premium-quality products and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
Return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Have the original seal tag intact
- Be returned in original packaging
- Be in a resellable condition
Important:
- We offer a doorstep self pick-up service for both returns and exchanges
Products failing to meet the above criteria will not be accepted. If received, they will be returned to the customer at their expense.
2. Size or Fit Issues (Exchange)
In case of exchanges due to size or fit concerns:
- A flat ₹250 fee will be charged towards courier and shipping
- We provide doorstep pick-up and re-delivery service for your convenience
3. Unboxing & Packing Video Requirement (Mandatory)
To process any claim, customers must provide:
- A clear unboxing video from a sealed package at the time of delivery
- A proper packing video during return or exchange, clearly showing:
- Product condition
- Intact seal tag
- Original packaging
Important:
- The video must be continuous and unedited
- Without valid video proof, no claims, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances
4. Color or Quality Concerns
If the product’s color or quality significantly differs from what is described, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Upon verification:
- A replacement or Store Credit will be provided
5. Manufacturing Defects
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
Covered defects include:
- Sole cracks
- Leather cracks (excluding natural wrinkles)
- Stitching defects
- Abnormal discoloration
After inspection by our Quality Team:
- The product will be repaired at no additional cost
Issues not classified as manufacturing defects will be considered normal wear and tear.
6. Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
Upon verification:
- A replacement or Store Credit will be issued
7. Refund Policy
- No monetary refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- In case of approved returns, the amount will be issued only as Store Credit
- Store Credit is processed after inspection of the returned product
- Processing time: 4–5 working days
For Snapmint Orders:
- Refunds are not applicable
- Subject to Snapmint’s policies and timelines
Additional Terms
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Store Credit:
- Issued for all eligible returns
- Cannot be transferred or converted into cash
- Valid for 180 days from the date of issue
- Any price difference must be paid by the customer at the time of exchange.
8. Important Notes
- Natural wrinkles are a characteristic of genuine leather, not defects
- Slight variations in texture and color are inherent to premium materials
- Minor color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings
- Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, neglect, or regular wear is not covered
