Shipping policy

We strive to process all orders promptly upon receipt. Order processing typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on product availability. Specific timelines for each product are mentioned on the respective product pages.

For made-to-order products, dispatch is completed within 5 working days post order confirmation. In case of any unforeseen delays or issues in processing your order, our team will proactively contact you with updates.

We offer FREE standard shipping across India for all customers. Once processed, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

We do not fulfill backorders. While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock availability, in the rare event that an item you purchased is out of stock, we will notify you within 2 business days and initiate a full refund for the unavailable product.

Please note:

Only one shipping address can be processed per order. For multiple delivery addresses, kindly place separate orders.
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses and are not responsible for delivery failures in such cases.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to three times at the provided address. If the customer is unavailable or refuses to accept the delivery during these attempts, the order may be cancelled at our discretion.
