Exchange/Return & Shipping Policy


Eligibility for Exchange 

We understand that finding the right size can sometimes be tricky, which is why we offer a free exchange option for our customers. Our exchange policy allows you to request an exchange within 7 days from the date you received the product. Please note that exchanges are subject to size availability.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at This link will guide you through the exchange and return process. It's important to inform us about your intention to exchange within 7 days, as we won't be able to process any return or exchange requests after this timeframe.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in its original, resellable condition, including the packaging. When trying on the shoes, please take extra care to avoid leather markings and sole stains. If you're checking the size/fit, we recommend walking on a carpet or a clean surface to prevent any sole damage. To approve your exchange request, we will require an image of the sole, so please make sure to provide that.

Once we receive the product and conduct a quality check, we will dispatch your exchanged order within 1 working day. We strive to make the exchange process as smooth and quick as possible.

Please note that free exchange is applicable only for footwear purchased on our website.

Some important additional notes:

  • Customized orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Accessories are non-returnable.
  • For items bought on sale, any reverse shipment charges for a change of style/size will be borne by the customer. However, forward shipping charges for the exchanged style/size change will be covered by VOGUISH.

It may take up-to 48-72 hours to process the request. After communication with our support team, the reverse pick up will be done within 2-3 days and would take approximately 5-7 days for the product to be delivered back to our warehouse.

Note: All accessories are non-returnable.

Eligibility for Returns:

At Voguish, we strive to offer a hassle-free and customer-centric return policy. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, so we have implemented a refined return process that ensures your satisfaction. Our return policy is straightforward and doesn't involve any complicated procedures. We provide free returns with no additional costs to you. You can return your item without any questions asked, and we will be more than happy to assist you with the return process. Our goal is to make your shopping experience with us as convenient and enjoyable as possible.

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt of the product, unfortunately, our system wont accept the request.

Refunds are processed as store credit as well as account transfer. ( Please read below for more information).

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, including original packaging. For return reasons please take great care when you first try on your shoes to avoid leather marking and other sole stains.  If you are trying to assess the size/fit of the shoes, please walk on a carpet or a clean surface to avoid sole damages.

We will require an image of the sole to approve your return request, failing to provide the same will result in rejection of your return request. 

The product will be subject to a thorough quality check in order to be eligible for a return. dmodot reserves the right to refuse to return a product if it is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate the return process kindly mail at within 7 days from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm Mon-Sat if you need any help or support with the same. Unless you notify us within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt, the products shall be deemed to have been accepted by you as being in good condition.

Please note refunds will be processed as store credit or account refunds depending on the choice of the customer:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the receipt and status of your refund process and next steps.

If approved your refund will be processed, and a lifetime (until used) store credit of full transactional amount will be sent to your email address within 24 hours upon the receipt of the product. 

Refunds as account transfer. 

If you want a refund in your bank account, we use a secure payment service called Cashfree Payments. Once your return is approved, we will send you a link where you can enter your bank account details for the refund. The refund will be processed within 2 working days and will be sent directly to your bank account.

    Note: All our products come with a manufacturing warranty of 90 days. Any wear and tear post the warranty period will not be entertained. 


    Cancellation Policy

    In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can drop an e-mail at with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Post which the return policy will apply.

    Shipping Policy
    We process orders as soon as they are received, typically somewhere between 1-5 business days depending on the availability. All products have the timeline mentioned on the product page. Made to order products are shipped in 5 working days  post confirmation. If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, we will get in touch accordingly.

    Standard Shipping is Rs. 150/- for all customers across India. For foreign shipment, please get in touch with us by email at and we will arrange it at cost.

    Processing the order normally takes 1-5 business days and then standard shipping normally takes 5-7 business days for delivery.

    We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realise this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 business days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out-of-stock item.

    We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

    We will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before we contact you that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order(s).

    The fulfilment of any order is completely at the discretion of MADA Enterprises.
